We’ll have regular site meetings and respond to questions promptly; you are always welcome to call us, visit the project site or arrange a meeting at any time.
Because of Mike's friendly and approachable manner, you will be able to talk to him about anything regarding your project; there are no silly questions when it comes to your project.
In the unlikely event that you believe that we have not communicated at our high standard, please let us know immediately by email, text or phone. We guarantee that we will respond to your concern in a professional and timely manner. We will seek to identify clearly where we may have let you down and will then take steps to remedy this promptly.

In addition to this we guarantee to only use trusted, proven and experienced sub-contractors who, where appropriate, are registered or qualified in their trade.
Should you or our quality assurance process uncover something that is not up to standard we will put it right at our expense.

We guarantee there are “No Hidden Extras” and that you will get the services and products listed in your agreement. Furthermore, you are guaranteed that the price on the agreement is the price you pay.
As Mike has 10 years experience within the Finance industry, budgeting and estimates are undertaken meticulously in a prompt, accurate and professional manner ensuring you can have complete confidence there will be no “budget blowouts”.
If you choose to make changes to your project, we are flexible and able to accommodate these. If any additional cost should arise from your changes, we guarantee to thoroughly explain in detail so you can make an informed decision and document accordingly.
Spick-and-Span Site
Move in with ease.
You are guaranteed that when the keys are handed over your home will be clean, tidy, and ready to move in to. All equipment and building related materials will be removed from site prior to this.
You will be gifted a complete commercial clean valued at $1500 when building a new home with us. All you’ll need to do is move in, unpack and enjoy!
Aftercare Support
We’re here even after your project is complete.
We guarantee to provide you with all product warranties and guarantees after the final building consent is issued.
Further, we will provide a post-completion check on a new house build at six months and again at twelve months.
Should any workmanship issues arise, we guarantee to fix these at our expense.
