A Vision Come to Life – Maungatautari Road New Build

I had a perfect rural site and the design that complemented the view. What I needed was someone who understood my vision for the build and could deliver it to my budget requirements. 

Upon meeting Mike at MDB Homes, I felt his approachable manner and communication set him apart from the others instantly. During the project I was kept at the forefront of the progress and how things were tracking. If any issues arose Mike would notify me immediately, but he would also have remedies and alternative solutions to alleviate the problem. Naturally, I was mindful of my budget for the build. However, MDB Homes delivered my project on budget, setting my mind at ease. I opted for a fixed price contract, and never had to stress about dollars and cents once we had our figure settled on. From the outset Mike stated that quality workmanship would not be compromised, I was impressed by the high calibre of workmanship delivered by the entire MDB Homes team. MDB Homes has a great team of friendly, knowledgeable and very capable subcontractors, all of which worked to the same high standards Mike had guaranteed.

Now that I'm living in my new home, I wake up every morning with a smile - what Mike and the team at MDB Homes has built for me is exactly how I had envisaged my new home. I'm thrilled every time I look at my kitchen and love showing it off! My home is perfect, the journey to build was smooth; I absolutely love it.
